refunds & Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of all general entry for full refund purposes.
Party reservation fee/booking deposits are 100% refundable up to 30 days from the booking and become NON-refundable if cancelled within 29 days of the booking date.
For exclusive, group or holiday bookings, the $50 deposit is non-refundable.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business.
We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website.
